In response to market dynamics, Dongpeng has remained focused on its core tile business, leveraging product innovation and refined traffic management strategies to stabilize its retail operations. Meanwhile, the integrated home furnishing business has delivered impressive performance, achieving breakthroughs for two consecutive years and posting a robust year-on-year growth of about 8.07%, positioning it as a key driver of future earnings growth. On the commercial front, the company continues to pursue a steady growth strategy, actively expanding into specialized engineering segments and strengthening its engineering operation platforms. At the same time, Dongpeng is tightening credit policies, accelerating cash collection efforts, and proactively managing inventory—reducing overstock levels and optimizing inventory structures. These measures have effectively lowered impairment losses, significantly boosting overall net profitability. Earlier this year, Dongpeng Holdings established production facilities across multiple locations in Guangdong Province, including Foshan, Qingyuan, and Jiangmen, as well as in Fengcheng, Jiangxi. With the ongoing investment in the Jiangxi Fengcheng Smart Ceramic Home Industry Park project, the company is set to enhance production capacity alignment and supply chain efficiency even further.
